Rooms to hire at The Village Centre
The Centre has five spaces available to hire: the Lounge and the Activity Room, the Language Room (our meeting room), the Top Floor Room (our computer suite) and the kitchen.
The Lounge, the Activity Room and the Language Room can be booked by the hour, by the half day or by the full day. The Top Floor Room and the kitchen are half day or full day only.
The Language Room charge includes the OHP, video player and flipchart; the Top Floor Room charge includes a laptop with a digital projector. Tea, coffee and biscuits, buffet lunches and a portable projector can be added to any booking.
Three rates apply — voluntary, charity and community organisations; educational and freelance trainers; and commercial, private and public-sector hirers. Please pick the one that applies to you.
Activity Room
The Activity Room is the Centre’s second main room, suited to classes, groups and activities that need floor space.
It is hired by the hour, the half day or the full day.
